Tenzin Gyurmey explores the paradoxes present in ordinary things from his life. He focuses on the concepts and associations simple objects can carry. By exploring a theme with different mediums of expressions, he tries to gain new insights about an object that was previously mundane.
His interest in drawing and painting started from the young age. He majored in science in Himachal, and then moved to Delhi for higher studies. He has been practising arts professionally since 2014. His studio practice is currently based in Delhi.
